Pamela is a Hong Kong based digital reporter for Forbes Asia covering technology, business, and the crypto economy. Prior to Forbes she worked in television with Thomson Reuters as a broadcast presenter. During her time as a foreign correspondent, she covered economic policies and Asia-Pacific stock markets for various international news outlets. Before moving to HK, she spent time at NBC Comcast in San Francisco, CNBC and Bloomberg in New York. Her work has appeared in The New York Times, Washington Post, Yahoo, USA Today, and the Huffington Post. Her previous incarnation was on the buy side in M&A research and asset management, inspired by Michael Lewis’ book “Liar’s Poker”.
